Good questions.
Honest answers.
Because something this personal
should feel simple.
What exactly do I get?
A full-color, textured 3D model of your pet that you can spin in your browser and download as a GLB file. One purchase ($9.99) includes a free redo, and you can redraw the reference views for free before anything is built. It’s a digital product: nothing is printed or shipped.
Do I need an account?
Only when you’re ready to pay. Add your photos first; then sign in with Google or a one-time email code so your purchase and models are saved and you can reopen them on any device. We use your email only for sign-in and your purchases.
What photos should I use?
Two to five sharp photos of the same pet from different angles: a clear front view, a side view and a full-body photo are ideal. Natural light helps colors look true. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC files up to 10 MB each are supported; HEIC is converted to JPG on your device.
What happens to my photos?
Nothing leaves your device until you’ve paid and agreed to send your photos. Then they go to Google’s Nano Banana image model to make four reference views, and the views you approve go to Tencent Cloud’s Hunyuan 3D service (processed in mainland China) to build the model. Your photos are deleted once the views are made; the views and model are kept for 30 days.
What if the model doesn’t look right?
You check the four reference views before any model is built, and you can make new views for free if they don’t look like your pet. If a 3D build fails on our side, it isn’t counted. Areas your photos don’t show are estimated, so markings on the belly or back may differ.
Can I get it 3D printed?
Not through us yet. The GLB is a visual model, not a checked print file. We’re working with print partners and will add printed figurines when they’re ready.
Can I make one for a pet I’m remembering?
Of course. Start with the photos you have; they don’t need to be perfect. Clear photos from a few angles give the best result, and you can check the reference views before anything is built.
Somewhere in your camera roll,
there’s a little face you love.
Let’s see it in 3D.
